Andy and Geraldine's reception is at their condo located
on the world-famous West Coast of Maui between Kaanapali and Kapalua.
Just a short 15 minute drive from the sights and shopping in the
historic town of Lahaina.
Itinerary
Wednesday, August 5
Geraldine and Andy arrive Sands of Kahana late afternoon. Relax.
Thursday, August 6
10:30 - Andy and Geraldine have 10:30 AM appointment for license.
Afternoon - Andy will go back to sleep.
Afternoon - Geraldine and Ceil, and any other volunteers will do a
COSTCO run; set up hospitality suite.
Later Afternoon - Swim, cocktails and fun.
Evening - All are welcome to come by the hospitality suite at the Sands
of Kahana
http://www.sands-of-kahana.com/ for cocktails and hor d'oeuvres. Small groups may want to meet up or you may choose to go off on our own.
Friday, August 7
Friday morning - Geraldine gets manicure and pedicure.
Ceil and Rose are making a homemade wedding cake.
Andy finalizes all arrangements.
Edward Sinn, as best man, will be responsible for keeping Andy from
going back to sleep.
Pick-up pre-ordered Leis Friday night.
4pm - 8pm - Drinks at Sands of Kahana
Saturday, August 8
7:30 a.m. - Geraldine, Ceil and Charles head out to Mendes Ranch.
8:00 am - Ed and Andy head out to Mendes Ranch.
9am to 11am - Ceremony followed by tailgate champagne toast and taking
in of the view.
12pm -3pm brunch at Sands of Kahana. Cutting the Wedding cake.
4:30pm - Reception / Private Sunset cruise on chartered boat.
Sunday, August 9
11am - Farewell brunch at hospitality suite at Sands of Kahana.
